Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 Days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
RETURNS
MISPRINTED/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

WRONG ADDRESS
If youprovide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
BUYERS REMORSE
Since all Campfire products are made-to-order, we cannot provide refunds for buyers remorse. We
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there is an issue with your item please submit a description and a 3 photos of the problematic item to hello@campfiremfg.com.
